A Love Rooted in Family – Wedding at Staten Island’s Oldest Presbyterian Church
There are weddings that feel like fairy tales, and then there are weddings that feel like home—filled with love, laughter, and a closeness that words can hardly describe. This was one of those weddings.
We had the absolute pleasure of documenting the wedding of a truly beautiful couple, joined by their loving children, sweet family dog, and a tight-knit circle of their dearest loved ones. Set in the historic charm of Staten Island’s oldest Presbyterian church, the setting was as timeless as their connection.
Every detail of the day spoke of meaning—nothing overdone, everything intentional. The children stood proudly by their parents, not just as guests but as witnesses and participants in this new chapter of love and unity. Their dog trotted down the aisle, stealing hearts and a few camera angles along the way.
There’s something incredibly special about intimate weddings. They remind us that love doesn’t need a grand stage—it only needs presence, heart, and a little light (which, thankfully, the soft natural light pouring through the stained-glass windows gave us in abundance).
