It is a hard pill to swallow but we understand the need for Greater Public Health; it is, therefore, until further notice, as per NYC and NYS rulings (click here), we will not open until it is safe to do so. In the meanwhile, we are working on getting all of the edited projects out. We’re working with Print Laboratories that are operating, to get clients’ print products out. Life goes on, this is a stumble in the greater journey, we will not stop pursuing success and will continue moving forward. We wish all of our family, friends, and past-present-future clients, health and happiness. Stay strong, and stay safe, especially during these hard times. Please DO CONTACT us if there’s anything we can assist with.
With the worldwide scare of Coronavirus 19, aka COVID-19, that is currently going on, we thought it might be a good time to update our former, current, and future clients on what we have been doing and will be doing moving forward.
As with all of our sessions, we prepare for them. We don’t just prepare for the scene/set up type or specific prop but we prepare the studio. We get in earlier, vacuum & wash the floor, and wipe down all areas, Lysol is our best friend! Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect dust-free environment and this process is typically repeated 2-3 times per average session day. We do this to prepare the studio for us and you, our clients.
We understand, being parents, that no parent wants to bring their child into an unsafe and/or unclean environment, therefore our past measures have worked thus far.
I mean c’mon, look at this little one, we all have to protect our little ones, they are our futures.
However, moving forward, a few additional measures will be taken to further keep the studio clean(er) and safer environment. We will be implementing a new policy where everyone coming in is required to take their shoes off by the door and sanitize their hands. We’ve been practicing no outside-foot-wear inside the house for as long as I could remember and we know it works. Therefore, keeping the dirty, side-walk germs limited inside the studio is our next intent to help further minimize the spread of various illnesses and germs..
As a quick reminder about us, we aren’t just photographers with decades of experience, we’re also parents, we have four kids of different ages and different daily needs. When not photographing, Angela concentrates on managing the administrative aspect of the studio and I’m a nurse at a local area hospital.
SAFETY is our main concern and we hope you’ll join us on this journey, providing a safe and comfortable environment while capturing very special moments for you and your family.
